GHANA INSTITUTE OF LITERACY, LINGUISTICS AND BIBLE TRANSLATION (GILLBT), is seeking a suitably qualified person for appointment.
POSITION: Graphic Designer for Literacy Material Development (Full time).
Mission statement of the Material Development sector for GILLBT:
Assist each Language Group sponsored by or partnering with GILLBT to develop, revise or reprint literature in the Mother Tongue and keep archive of GILLBT printed materials.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION / SKILL & COMPETENCES REQUIRED:
The applicant must:
i. Have at least a Diploma in graphic design or 2 years of experience in a relevant organization;
ii. Must be able to work with Word, Open Office, Excel, Publisher (and Coral Draw);
iii. Must be able to develop own creativity in producing books;
iv. Be a mature Christian and a reputable person with integrity;
v. Be a good team player and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines;
vi. Be able to work in a cross-cultural setting.
DUTY POST: Tamale in the Northern Region.
REMUNERATION: Negotiable
